JArt Van Damme:

Art Van Damme and his quintet were NBC-Chicago staff musicians from roughly 1945 to 1960.They performed on a wide variety of shows, both radio and television. The personnel here, apart from acordionist Art Van Damme, includes Chuck Calzaretta (vibraphone); Claude Scheiner (guitar); Lew Skalinder (bass) and Max Mariash (percussion).
This performance (probably from early 1951) is notable for the dramatic lighting and the remarkable cutting (effected by the director and technical director) based on the musical phrasing.
